Yoga is an ancient practice from India that cleanses the physical, mental, and spiritual bodies so that you may find more peace and joy in your life.   

In Amy's Hatha Blend class you will learn proper alignment of asanas (postures) and enjoy the freedom of moving fluidly with the rhythm of your breath.   You will gain strength, flexibility, and balance, release stress, and develop a deeper understanding of self.

Yoga is for everyone.  All you need is the willingness to try.  There is no “too big, too small, too old, too young, too stiff, or too shy” in yoga.  Yoga is a pathway in this journey of life.
